• Email Address: Collected when you provide it voluntarily for report delivery, updates, and feature announcements.
• AWS Access Key & Secret Key: Used temporarily during scanning and securely deleted after the process completes.
• Scan Reports: Temporarily stored in your browser, then automatically deleted after a specific time duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform cloud infrastructure scans as requested by you.
• To generate and optionally send reports via email.
• To inform you about future updates, new features, or relevant offers if you provide your email address.

3. Data Protection and Security

• Your AWS credentials are transmitted using RSA encryption and are never stored permanently.
• All scan reports are stored on your browser only and deleted after a specific time duration.
• We do not log, store, or access your AWS account beyond the scanning session.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. However, we may use secure third-party services (e.g., AWS, email providers) to process data temporarily for specific functions (like sending reports).

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we’ve collected about you
• Request correction or deletion of your stored data (email)
• Unsubscribe from future communications at any time

6. Cookies and Tracking

InfraGuard does not currently use cookies or analytics trackers. If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Payments

InfraGuard is free of cost now. If we introduce paid features in the future, payment processing will be handled by secure third-party services.

8. Children's Privacy

InfraGuard is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
