Welcome to InfraGuard. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

InfraGuard is a cloud infrastructure security scanning tool that connects to your AWS account using encrypted credentials, scans for potential security and compliance risks, and generates an automated report.

2. Data Usage & Privacy

• Your AWS Access Key and Secret Key are transmitted securely using RSA encryption.
• These credentials are used only for the purpose of scanning your cloud infrastructure and are permanently deleted immediately after the scan completes and the report is delivered.
• Scan reports are temporarily stored locally on browser and automatically deleted after the report is sent to email.
• Your email address may be stored and used for sending you updates, product notifications, and promotional offers. We do not share your email with any third parties.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• A minimum payment is required to access your scan report and recommendations.
• Additional charges may apply for optional services like email delivery of the report.
• If your payment fails or you are unable to access the report due to an error, a full refund will be issued. Please contact support with your transactions ID and other payment proofs.

4. Eligibility

Anyone with valid AWS credentials may use InfraGuard. It is ideal for students, DevOps engineers, startups, and IT professionals who want to audit their infrastructure securely.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the AWS credentials you provide. Please ensure you provide read-only access for auditing purposes.
• You must not use this service for scanning unauthorized AWS environments or violating any terms of AWS.

6. Security

We take data security seriously. All sensitive operations are handled with encryption and reports are temporary. However, no system is 100% immune to risks. By using InfraGuard, you acknowledge this and agree to use the service at your own discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service implies agreement with the most current version.
